These terms cover your use of Rent split at rent-split-v2.divineweb.co, made by Tropos. Using the site means you accept them.

What Rent split does

Rent split works out a split of rent and bills from the numbers you enter, and explains it. It is a calculator. It is not legal or financial advice, and it does not change what your tenancy agreement says you owe your landlord. Check the numbers before you rely on them.

Your account

You need an account only to save a flat. You sign in with a code we email to you, or with Google or GitHub. Keep access to that email address safe. You can delete your account at any time on the account page.

Share links

A share link holds the numbers of a split. Anyone with the link can read those numbers, so send it only to the people in your flat. We cannot take back a link that you sent.

The Pro pass

• A Pro pass costs £3.00 and lasts 30 days from the payment.
• You pay once through Bachs, our payment processor. The pass does not renew.
• If Pro does not work for you, write to hello@divineweb.co within 14 days of the payment for a full refund.
• When a pass ends, extra saved flats become read-only. You keep every split.

Fair use

Do not use Rent split to break the law, to send spam through share links, or to overload the service.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we put the new date at the top and email account holders 30 days before a change that affects them. Questions go to hello@divineweb.co.
